Arizona Explorers Ep. 17 “Potholes” (2020)

“Potholes” is an audio-visual work conceived, shot, composed, and produced during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Designed to emulate local cable access programming, the work plays upon common “B-Production” tropes and other surreal, fantastical themes. A sardonic take on a common infrastructure complaint about southern Arizona roadways, the work is a meditation on being, place, gender, and destruction as a form of generation.
